I stayed for 5 nights to explore Madrid, and I really appreciated the charming balcony in my room. While the bathroom had a slight odor that seemed to come from the curtain, the cleanliness of the room was commendable. The essential amenities met my needs, and there was good daily cleaning. The street noise, however, could be quite disruptive at night, making sleep a bit challenging.

i was initially impressed by the location, but the noise from the street kept me awake at night, not exactly what i was hoping for. also, the mattress was like sleeping in a marshmallow. i expected a complimentary bottle of wine or something special for my trouble, but apparently that’s just for other guests. disappointing, to say the least.

The vegetarian food scene was on point, especially at nearby Juicy Avenue Hortaleza! Their fresh juices and bowls were a delight. Also, shout out to the charming balcony and the solid water pressure in the shower.
A quick note, the cleaner could have emptied the trash can better when tidying the bathroom. Plus, that shower gel dispenser was decent for hand washing but a total flop for rinsing off.

The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the Gran Via and in the heart of Chueca, surrounded by shops, bars, and cafes. The room was very clean and included a comfortable 4 ft bed, a private balcony, air conditioning, and daily linen changes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping me retrieve my lost bag from a taxi.

Excellent location for shops, bars, and restaurants.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The shower gel dispenser provided was utterly inadequate for a proper shower, making it difficult to clean up effectively. Additionally, the trash cans in the bathroom were not emptied regularly, leading to an unpleasant experience. Overall, I found the state of cleanliness to be lacking in some aspects, which was disappointing.

The hotel was perfect for our family with four young kids, providing clean, comfortable rooms. We loved its proximity to historical sites, making it easy to explore Madrid. The staff was friendly, and the supermarket nearby was a lifesaver for snacks.
My wife says that the check-in process was a bit confusing and could be improved for families.

The location is a major plus, just a short stroll from popular attractions, making it easy to explore. While the room was clean and the staff friendly, the overall amenities felt quite basic, like the cramped shower and noise from outside. Though the bed was comfortable, it may not suit taller individuals due to limited space. Additionally, expect the check-in process to be an adventure in itself, given the vintage elevator and the buzzing system for entry after hours.

will come back.
The room had a nice private bathroom with free toiletries. Super clean with a comfy bed. Loved the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The heating was great for chilly nights. Good view from the window and nice hardwood floors. The lift made it easy to access, and towels were fresh every day. There are spa facilities nearby.
